Let’s briefly talk about the report content.

Introduction and Executive Summary

Each report includes an executive summary section. In this section, you can find key figures with the headlines of the major sections of the report. You can save time by heading directly to the subtitle that interests you.

Report Information

The first section of the report begins with the contact information of the customer requesting the report, followed by the underlying contract that forms the subject of the report. The report’s request date, customer number, the scope of the report, assumptions, and restrictive factors are mentioned. These assumptions may have to be constructed from missing information or from newly revealed information without precedents. The warning and information section contains information for those who are not familiar with the firm. For those who have not read a Firm valuation report before, there is a section about the concepts and abbreviations. Information about the institution and the consultant who prepared the report is also included in the first section. The resources used are necessarily included in the report.

Company Profile

The history of the firm, its development, important developments, setbacks, partnership structure, information about the board of directors and management and the firm are described in this section of the report. The reports are prepared to describe the company to an external person or institution, as they are sometimes prepared to inform new shareholders and/or new collaborations/company mergers.

Activity Information

In this section, the activity area of the firm, the scope of its service, and the evaluation of its sales and business risks are included. These may be technological or legal risks.

Management Quality and Institutionalism

In this section, we examine the values of the management and the institutional character of the firm, as the cornerstones of the firm. We evaluate the organization chart, its functioning and the objectives of the management.

Financial Control and Reporting

Information is given in this section about the firm’s accounting system, whether it budgets, how it audits, and its reporting. Thus, how the firm provides its financial order is examined.

Economic Sector and Region Analysis

Economic analysis may be useful for non-domestic readers as well for comparing the company’s percentage data with percentage data of the economy. Although we all say that we follow the economy, putting it in writing facilitates comparison with financial data.

The sector analysis section includes brief information for those unfamiliar with the sector. The sector is analyzed with numerical data, and the data of the institution being appraised at hand can be compared with the total sector data.
